Traumavision Medical simulator

TraumaVision is a virtual reality simulator designed medical use for simulating orthopedic trauma surgeries such as hip fractures and spinal surgery.

TraumaVision includes simulated views of the patient, simulated fluoroscopy, haptic feedback of instruments interacting with tissue and drilling into different bone layers and the system measures numerous performance metrics during a simulated surgery.

TraumaVision is under constant development to address market needs. As of today our training modules consists of the following indications:

A hip fracture simulator

Swemac hip fracture simulator training allows hip fracture fixation to be performed on a virtual hip model using two-dimensional flouroscopic images to guide fracture reduction and implant placement. We offer the following training modules within hip fracture treatment:
